AlosniTech Consulting LLC is committed to providing high-quality consulting, professional, technical, and support services to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

Services Provided

Due to the nature of consulting and professional services, fees paid for services that have been fully rendered, completed, or delivered are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Service Cancellations

Clients may request cancellation of services before work has commenced. Refund eligibility will be determined based on:

  • The status of the project or engagement

  • Services already performed

  • Resources allocated to the engagement

  • Administrative and operational costs incurred

Approved refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of AlosniTech Consulting LLC and in accordance with any applicable contract terms.

Deposits and Advance Payments

Deposits, retainers, and advance payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed contract, statement of work (SOW), purchase order, or other written agreement.

Government Contracts and Subcontracts

For federal, state, and local government contracts, task orders, purchase orders, and subcontracts, refunds, credits, and payment adjustments shall be governed by the applicable contract terms and any relevant laws, regulations, or procurement requirements.

Billing Disputes

Clients who believe they have been billed in error should contact AlosniTech Consulting LLC promptly. We will review all billing inquiries in good faith and work toward a timely resolution.

To request a refund, please submit a written request that includes:

  • Client name

  • Contact information

  • Invoice number or contract reference

  • Description of the services involved

  • Reason for the refund request

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution but generally occur within 7–14 business days after approval.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • Services have been fully performed

  • Contract terms prohibit refunds

  • The request is inconsistent with the agreed scope of work

  • Fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected
